Pulizia, ordine, gentilezza del personale.
Stanza un poco piccolina rispetto alle aspettative e aria condizionata che non refrigerava tantissimo. La posizione è assolutamente centrale però è meglio non rientrare la sera eccessivamente tardi a causa di alcuni vicoli piccoli e al buio che caratterizzano però tutta la Medina.

Wszystko było super. Od personelu który był wspaniały i pozwolił czuć nam się jak w domu po śniadania które były świeże i przepyszne. Cieszę się że moje pierwsze dni w Maroko mogłam spędzić właśnie w tym riadzie.

We had a wonderful stay at the Riad. The property is absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. Everything is beautifully arranged, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful.
The breakfast also deserves a special mention — it was really delicious, fresh and generous, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
Our only concern was the arrival experience. There are no clear signs or directions from the main streets to the Riad, which makes finding it quite difficult, especially at night and for first-time visitors to Marrakech.
Since the Riad asks for guests’ flight details in order to know their arrival time, we feel it would be a nice extra touch to check in with guests shortly before or around their expected arrival, especially if they are arriving at night, and ask whether they need assistance finding the Riad.
In our case, we were approached by two individuals who repeatedly offered to “help” us and then pressured us for money. We had no cash with us at all, which made the situation particularly stressful. Thankfully, one of the Riad’s staff members came to help us and firmly sent them away. We were very grateful for his intervention — without him, the situation could have been much more difficult.
Apart from this arrival issue, we truly enjoyed the Riad and would definitely recommend it. The property itself is beautiful, the cleanliness is excellent, the breakfast is fantastic, and the staff are wonderful. With a little more support and communication around guests’ arrival, the experience could be perfect.
