terrible experiencia-poor communication and misleading listing

Our stay was extremely disappointing. On the first day, we arrived to find there was no electricity in the apartment. We were unable to contact anyone responsible for the property — no one answered our calls or messages. Fortunately, some kind neighbors helped us and managed to reach someone from the apartment on our behalf. It took almost two hours for someone to come, and even then, they were unable to fix the issue. They told us they would provide another apartment for the night and showed us pictures — but when we got there, it looked nothing like the photos. It was a horrible place, but we had no other option at that point. The original apartment itself is very basic, much smaller than it appears in the pictures, and it does not have a microwave, even though it is listed in the description. Overall, a very bad experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Nous avons eu le malheur de dépasser de 5 min l'horaire du check out et le personnel s'est montré très désagréable à notre égard. Dès 11h, le personnel appuyait sur la sonnette et tentait de rentrer dans le studio "de force". Nous ne pouvions pas échanger ni en français, ni en anglais. Le manager a été appelé au téléphone, nous nous sommes excusé du retard mais il nous a raccroché au nez. Bref... Très dommage de finir notre séjour sur cette note.
