Location
Not value for money- they could have added complementary dinner or lunch or at least high tea in this package- only thing they gave was complementary breakfast- where the spread was a average

It's the Estate and very easy access to Nandi Hills. The property is maintained clean and hygiene.
Food was excellent and breakfast was variety.
The staffs were very helpful and courteous.
Overall I would prefer my next stay at the same place. A best destination for family and friends with lots of amenities as inddor games and outdoor courts.
Ordering food was a delay and that alone needs to be improved. Moreover morning coffee/tea (milk) is not available before 8am and that too needs to be addressed.
