Our first time to get a flat that’s completely different as advertised, very disappointed.

Cleanness acceptable.

We were given a different, lower quality flat than as shown in the booking.com website advertisement. The bathroom was extremely small, not the large modern bathroom with the bathtub shown on the website. The shower without a shower door was too small to keep water from splashing out. After a shower, half of the bathroom and the toilet would be wet. The bath towels were old and thin and dirty looking, and stank when wet. One of the bedrooms have no wardrobe or dresser to put anything, only three small nightstands beside the beds. The other bedroom has a dresser. The whole flat has no cloakroom to hang jackets on. The steep staircase leading up to the flat is too narrow and has no guardrails, so one struggles to bring luggage up and down. No direct parking in front of the house. Guests need to find street parking nearby.

Man bekommt nicht die whg die gebucht wurde. Wir hatten eine whg unten gebucht,was Gründe hatte, bekommen haben wir die whg oben drüber, mit einer sehr steilen Treppe. Die Post klingelte Sturm, damit er die Pakete für die untere whg abgeben konnte. Uns wurde nicht mitgeteilt, daß es eine Änderung gab. Dafür wohnten dort wohl Gäste die nicht ausziehen wollten. Lächerlich. 2 tage Fischgeruch vom feinsten,von der unteren whg ,was sich durch das ganze Haus zog. Wiederlich. Badezimmer so klein, das ein Rollator nicht reinpasste. Das war der Grund, warum wir eine whg unten mit grossem Badezimmer buchten. Als Gehbehinderter Mensch dann eine Megatreppe vor sich hat. Der Hund ging einmal hoch und flog dann die halbe Treppe runter und ich fast hinterher, da nicht mal ein Geländer vorhanden war. Anreise war erst ab 17.00uhr. Da war dann mit Ersatz nicht mehr viel zu machen. Mein Sohn musste dann mit dem Hund wo anderst schlafen, da der Hund dann Angst vor dieser Treppe hatte. Geld wurde schon mal im voraus abkassiert. Absolute Frechheit was dort abgelaufen ist. Uns wurde dann 1 Einzelzimmer als Ersatz angeboten, für 4 Personen plus Hund. Wo ich dann mit hund schlafen sollte. Obendrauf noch in einem anderem Ort. Wem würde so etwas gefallen? Getrennt untergebracht? Und oben drauf nur 20 Euro zurück gezahlt bekommen. Nach Beschwerden bei booking und Paypal, bekamen wir dann die Hälfte zurück. Achtet hier auf käuferschutz. Und dann noch die Aussage, daß wir bei ihr nicht mehr buchen dürfen. Keine Sorge. Im Leben nie wieder.

Cleanness acceptable.

We were given a different, lower quality flat than as shown in the booking.com website advertisement. The bathroom was extremely small, not the large modern bathroom with the bathtub shown on the website. The shower without a shower door was too small to keep water from splashing out. After a shower, half of the bathroom and the toilet would be wet. The bath towels were old and thin and dirty looking, and stank when wet. One of the bedrooms have no wardrobe or dresser to put anything, only three small nightstands beside the beds. The other bedroom has a dresser. The whole flat has no cloakroom to hang jackets on. The steep staircase leading up to the flat is too narrow and has no guardrails, so one struggles to bring luggage up and down. No direct parking in front of the house. Guests need to find street parking nearby.
