Disappointed

Property in good location.

Broken tap in the kitchen, no toilet paper, no covers for pillows for the downstairs bed, left empty boxes after vacuum cleaner.

Great Location nice house but needs to be finished or maintained

We stayed for 4 nights with our toddler. The location is great — close to Žabljak centre, Black Lake, and other beautiful nature spots. The view from the house was lovely, and the general equipment (kitchen, fridge, etc.) worked well for a short family stay. Parking was convenient, and the place has good potential. Lavaza coffee capsules were a nice touch. Ac worked well.

The house itself seemed unfinished in some areas. It's located next to a road, so there was traffic noise. The drainage system wasn't working properly — water came up through the shower when flushing the toilet. The same day handyman came and fixed the problem. So it wasn't a long-term issue. Only small towels were provided, one roll of toilet paper at check-in, and some parts of the house didn’t feel properly cleaned. It felt like the place was only lightly prepared for guests. Otherwise fine.

Perfecto y precioso! En família!

Nos encantó, todo perfecto, precioso y muy buen ubicado! Nos encantaría volver!

Las escaleras de la cama de arriba un poco complicadas para subir con niños pero durmieron abajo!
