Localização, conforto do quarto, apesar de pequeno, instruções de acesso bastante simples e claras, informações turísticas enviadas muito interessantes, embora apenas em inglês.
WC partilhado, grande dificuldade de estacionar, terceiro andar sem elevador, os vidros da janela não são duplos pelo que o isolamento sonoro é fraco.

Do NOT stay here if you have a car. There is no parking. In the 12 emails I received from the host, no info about parking. For some reason, Jose is unable to respond to text messages. No hot water. No luggage stand. Very thin walls. Poor wi-fi. Way too many emails repeating the same rules over and over, yet the host (Jose) himself cannot respond to text messages.
