I had asked in advance if the place was equipped with air conditioning and was told that it was. In reality, however, there wasn't a single unit. Since there was a pregnant woman in our group, the heat was intense enough to make her feel unwell. Some people were unable to sleep because of the heat. I checked in late, so I couldn't cancel, and the stay was truly uncomfortable. There was norefund."They just sent an email saying "sorry."

Terrible Host. Would not recommend

The communication from the host was very poor. Instructions were that we were to receive an email with the key code details to the accommodation, which we never received. I messaged the host prior to the day to check whether there was any laundry detergent for the washing machine advertised which he confirmed there wasn’t, but we could walk around the corner to their hotel to purchase this off them. When we arrived to the hotel to get the access code to the apartment the reception had closed. A sign there said to call the out of office number or to speak to the restaurant next door. Called the out of office number 3 times without an answer. I then went to the restaurant who said they had nothing to do with the hotel and couldn’t help, but knew the owner so said they would call him to call me back. I received no call back. I finally managed to get through to him an hour later with no apology we eventually got into the accommodation 90min later. Our original plans for Baden Baden that evening never happened and at one stage we didn’t know we had a place to stay that evening. The best offer we got from the host was a half price breakfast from the owner at the restaurant which we turned down given the service of the accommodation. Extremely bad experience.

Baden Baden központi részén található az apartman. Minden látnivaló sétatávolságban. Az apartman nagyon tágas, kényelmes. 100-150 méterre van egy parkológarázs, ahol jó áron lehet parkolni. Éjjel érkeztünk, de így is fel tudtuk hívni a hostot és készséggel segített nekünk,

Nehéz volt megtalálni az apartmant, de miután telefonos segítséggel sikerült, már minden szuper volt.
