Very well situated within the town/village.
The living room is spacious, cozy, and great for relaxing.
Fully prepared with everything you need for cooking and everyday use.
Features air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom, plus a helpful ceiling fan in the second bedroom.
The property is accessed via narrow, single-lane streets with two-way traffic. While street parking exists, finding a spot is not easy.
With the exception of the living room, the other rooms in the apartment are quite small.
The light in the back bedroom flickers constantly (likely a bad connection), which is very annoying.
The main entrance door to the building is never locked. Even though the neighborhood feels quiet and safe, this lack of security feels a bit careless.
