La réactivité des propriétaires, par ailleurs arrangeants, est exemplaires. Le studio est très propre et lumineux. Idéalement situé à Sospel à 10 minutes à pieds de la gare et à 2 minutes à pieds de la cathédrale. Tout est, au maximum, à 10 minutes à pieds.
Rien. Il faut juste prévoir trois étages à monter, le cas échéant avec des valises. Les copropriétés sont anciennes dans ces villages et sans ascenseur le plus souvent.

Appartement confortable, très joliment décoré. Lit moelleux. 3e étage offrant une vue dégagée et de l’air frais.
Situé en plein centre ville avec des stationnements accessibles autour.
Très bonne communication avec les hôtes.
Un peu bruyant le soir car il y a des restaurants en bas, mais les fenêtres isolent très bien le bruit.
Noter qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur (ça peut être gênant pour les bagages).
