The central location was the best feature. Short walk to Hyde Park, Victoria Station, and the best shops and eateries in Belgravia and Westminster. Host was very communicative leading up to check in and getting it was easy. Very good amenities, especially the kitchen and bathtub in the main bathroom.
Overall presentation could have been better given the high price: TVs with crooked mounting, worn out furniture, and spartan, bland decor. I had expected more upscale offerings. The hybrid washer/dryer performed poorly, despite it looking brand new. I had assumed incorrectly that there was central A/C, but there were box A/C fans in bedrooms, but the ground floor had stale air and trapped heat with no windows other than the skylight. I didn't realize the stairs for the four levels would be so narrow and tiring to go back and forth, but that's something I should have realized beforehand. Nevertheless, these are nitpicks when compared to the positives.

It was not ready at 15.00 as promised. No information about it before we stood outside the door. The bed was not comfortable.
