The place is very clean, walking distance to MOA
There was a provlem at the front.. The host told us to call the person in charge of the unit We lucky that one of my cousin will be able to use her phone. We waited in the lobby for awhile..

It exceeded my expectations in terms of preparedness and facilities available at the property we stayed in.
Roaches, the blankets were smelly, not sure if those we even washed.

The location is so niece.I like the kitchen because all the stuff we need is almost there.
The one i didn̈t like is about the laundry.Theres no proper area for the laundry.

The location was very good. The view was quite good even though we were given a different room from what we booked.
The bond and additional fees were only mentioned prior to check-in time. There were many instructions about keeping the unit tidy and clean but we did find the unit clean when we checked-in.
The bathroom had a lot of mould or had dirty grout. The bath towels were ineffective (ie., they do not dry you). There were neither handtowel nor tea towel. We had to ask for toilet paper when we checked-in. There were several cockroaches crawling around the unit.
There was washing machine provided but it did not work. The batteries of the TV remote were corroded (ie., the TV cannot be used).
There was a bucket of wet cloths under the sink that smells.
