Everything, especially that bed linen and towels were included, fresh water in the fridge, shower gel, kitchenware and other things that make your stay comfortable
The property is very new and work on some small details could make it even better. E.g., adding some soap near bathroom sink and a light just above it. It would be beneficial if terrace door could be securely fixed in a position, where a small gap for fresh air is left (we had a stray cat enter in the middle of the night through the terrace door and it was not a nice surprise). I would prefer a glassware kitchen bowls instead of plastic, bc the current ones have soaked in the smell of cheap instant ramen pasta :D The TV has internet connection, but no subscriptions to any cable TV services, so no much use, except youtube. I suggest removing the TV settings after previous guests (it took a while to switch away from Slovak language). These all were insignificant things.

Good clean apartments. The location is very good. Nearby are beaches, shops, souvenir shops, restaurants, literally 10 minutes to the beach within walking distance. Across the road is a bus stop, from where you can get to Larnaca, go to the city or to the airport. The place itself is very calm, quiet. You can walk to the city center in about 30-40 minutes or by bus.
We really liked the apartments, but there were some details that we paid attention to. For example, in the kitchen, instead of a coffee table, it would be better to put a full-fledged table. And in the apartments, there was no soap, at least, well, a piece of soap could have been put. And also, the privacy of the balcony, because people were constantly walking along this street, and it was not very convenient to sit on the balcony.

The property was really beautiful, newly refurbished, perfectly clean and well equipped. We even had a small terrace to ourselves. Very close to Nissi beach (10mins by walk), and there were several stores, restaurants and bus stops in the vicinity. We were able to check in on our own - the owner provided clear instructions and even agreed to let us check in early. He was very helpful and would even answer my messages late at night.
The wifi was slow but we got a different one when asked, which worked perfectly.
