The apartment is huge, clean and comfortable
Pools are clean and quite, great condition and all is new
The location is quite but very far from main places

We stayed in private villa and we had privacy. It was clean and comfortable.
We wanted a late check out and we asked to pay 100 euros. We believe that we could given as a complementary until 15:00, since we stayed for two nights and we were told that there was not a reservation for the next day. Furthermore, we paid 1.200 euros without breakfast. Note that, we allowed to stay until 13:00. If we were given two more hours we will appreciate a lot and certainly we would comeback again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. I especially appreciated the good service and the convenient location. Everything was well organized, and I would be happy to stay here again.
Sometimes they forget to replace the towels and occasionally miss it, but whenever I contacted them, they brought them immediately. Excellent service overall, with just a little room for improvement.

The room was modern and clean, with all the necessary cooking utensils, plus a bonus coffee machine with coffee pods provided. The balcony was nice, and the pool and bar area were nice. The free bike rental was beneficial as without a car, you are quite far from the beach/shops, and restaurants.
A bit of a mismarketed stay..
- I was not made aware that you had to book classes the day before, which meant on arrival, I was not able to attend a class that I would have liked to.
- The hotel bar was booked for private events two of the three nights I stayed, which meant I was not able to use this facility.
- The 'in-room' massage service was not available. I was told that if I wanted a massage, I would have to take a 20-minute shuttle to their sister hotel.
- The 'garden view' room looked out onto a busy highway.
- They charged €18 for breakfast
