We stayed at this apartment twice and there are several things we really enjoyed.
The view is beautiful, especially in the evening, with truly stunning sunsets. The surrounding area is also very pleasant, and we particularly liked the beach club, where residents receive a generous discount.
The apartment itself is nicely designed and generally comfortable. We also appreciated that, when we reported some issues during our stay, the management company responded and offered complimentary cleaning as a gesture of goodwill, which was a nice and professional touch.
Overall, the location, views and access to the beach club are definitely the strongest points of the property.
Based on our two stays, we feel that the cleaning could be more thorough, particularly in the kitchen. On both occasions, some areas did not feel as deeply cleaned as we would have expected, which made the kitchen slightly less comfortable to use.
In our opinion, the apartment would benefit from an occasional professional deep cleaning, including the kitchen, sofa and upholstery, to keep the property feeling fresh and well maintained.
We also experienced a few maintenance issues during our stays, including water leakage from the air-conditioning system and problems with the entrance door lock. On several occasions, the lock did not work properly and we had to wait for assistance before we could enter the apartment.
These issues were eventually addressed, but we believe that more regular preventative maintenance would improve the overall guest experience.
Overall, we enjoyed the apartment and would describe our experience as generally positive, with some room for improvement in cleaning standards and maintenance.
