The location was the best. It was on a street that led directly to town, a few hundred steps away. The apartment was large, could have slept 3. The windows were right on the main street, letting you see the action below. The owner informed me of a free parking lot 5 minutes away, and another lot right across the street that became free from 6pm to 9am, good for overnight parking and easy loading luggage in the morning. The apartment came with a microwave, coffee maker, fridge, full kitchen utensils, plates, cups. There was a washing machine in the bathroom.
Towels were provided only with an upcharge of 5€ each. This seemed a bit much. Although equipment were provided, you had to bring your own stuff: coffee pods (the right kind for that particular coffee maker), detergent for clothes, soap, shampoo, etc. It would have saved the guests some trips to a local store to buy these things. Especially true with the coffee pods. I thought about getting some, but wasn't sure which kind to buy. It was a shame to have access to equipment that you couldn't use anyway.
More concerning was that Booking.com gave me instructions to get into an apartment on the street level, whereas when I contacted the owner, he told me my apartment was on the upper level.
I had a lot of problem manipulating the keyless keypad to gain entry. When I finally got inside the ground floor apartment, it was still full of other people's belongings. I thought the place was double booked, but luckily got out of it before their owners came back. (I was sitting in the front yard earlier when they were coming out.) This could be a serious security issue. Never happened to me before.

la 2iem chambre prise du radiateur traine par terre dangereux et avec le linge étendu plus un lit d'appoint on dirait un débarra la bouilloire faudrait la détartrer canapé devant le canapé dès que l'on s'assoir nous basculons en avant et il faudrait laver la housse manque tire bouchon
