とても広くて部屋数も多く、大人数でも快適に滞在することが出来ました。
温泉のお風呂も旅の疲れが取れて気持ちよかったです。

There were many rooms and it was easy to find privacy, even with five family members. The hot spring was very nice. The house was surrounded with nature, which was great. Comfortable futons, too,
I wish there had been better utensils for cooking and bigger plates. There was no salt and pepper, along with other necessary cooking supplies. The fridge was rather small, especially for a big group.

ところどころ古さは感じますが、清潔に掃除されており、大変居心地よく過ごせました。8月初めの災害で温泉管が流された件では、ご連絡くださり対応に誠実さを感じました。宿泊数日前には温泉再開できたとのことで、温泉も楽しむことができました。エアコンをつけてくださってたことやりんごジュースのサービスなど、細やかな配慮が嬉しかったです。あとキッチンのゴミ箱が大きくて良かったです。
一軒家だったので、洗濯機があるのかな？と期待していましたが、洗濯機はなかったです。今回は観光での利用でしたので問題はなかったです。登山利用だと洗濯物がたまるので…。バスタオルとドライヤーは置いてありますが、フェイスタオルなどはありません。その代わり手洗いやキッチンにはペーパータオル置いてくれています。

大変綺麗に清潔に管理されていました。それにとってもお得感がありました。気持ちよく滞在出来ました。感謝してます。
サービスのりんごジュースもとっても美味しくいただきました。自然災害によって入浴に制限があった事は残念でしたが、それ以上に管理されている人達の温かさを感じました。ありがとうございました。
今回は大雨により、温泉のお湯を引き込む管の破損によって温泉のお湯が使えなかった事は残念でした。
自然災害なので仕方ない事だと理解しております。
