The house and garden are lovely, and Nik and his parents were attentive and supplied what we needed. The cabin is charming, the beds were comfortable and the area is very quiet. The heating works well, and having a washer was useful.
It is a short drive from Gudauri, where you can get everything you need.
We were 4, and the cabin was on the smaller side for us. The small kitchen was a little challenging to make a real dinner.
Getting to the property you need a 4×4 or at least a higher clearance car, but just for the last 150 metres.

Breathtaking view from the garden and terrace. This is the place, where you don’t need air conditioners, fresh mountain air is granted.
The house is clean and new. With Google maps hard to find, but Mapy knows the place and leads you to a brand new road. Only the last 50 m needs higher car.

המארחים אדיבים ונחמדים מאוד, דאגו לנו להכל והיו סבלניים. ביקרנו שם בשלג ודאגו לנו למעבר והסבר מדויק איך להגיע. החדר מאוד נעים ומאובזר.
