Very well thought out and designed accomodation and surroundings. The whole place is fantastic. Quality standards of everything is very high. The bed is the most comfortable bed we've slept in.
Kitchen very well equipped. The outside areas are exceptionally beautiful and even though the pool and garden are shared, it felt very private.
The hosts were very friendly, helpful and discreet. There if we needed them, but never intrusive.
Lovely beaches and sights withing a short driving distance.

We couldn't have asked for a better place.
The villa is new, beautiful and cozy, with AC and a gorgeous view from the terrace. It looks even better in person than it does in the photos, which is saying something because the photos already look great.
What we really appreciated was how much thought and heart was put into everything. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, dishes, a toaster, hand mixer, kettle and coffee machine. There were even a few coffee capsules and tea bags for the first day. The bathroom has a washing machine, washing powder, hair dryer and even some hygiene products for women. There are plenty of towels, extra bedding, an iron and ironing board. I noticed that there even seem to be two types of pillows in the bedroom and if you don't like walk-in showers, there is a shower curtain in the box.
The view from the terrace is incredible. The pool and garden are very well looked after, with wooden sun loungers, places to sit and even inflatables you can use in the pool. The property has two villas and two apartments, but it never felt crowded at all. Most of the time we had the pool completely to ourselves.
The location is a bit remote, so a car is a must, but it also means it's very peaceful and quiet. You can get to three hypermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, gas stations and the lower cable car station in about 5 minutes. Kotor takes around 15-20 minutes by car depending on traffic. Go there early in the morning, before 8/9 a.m. and park for free near the cemetery.
The owners - Sanja and Drazen - were lovely. They were always responsive when we needed something, but at the same time very discreet, so we really felt like we had our own space.
And yes, there are cats on the property. They are extremely friendly and for us they were definitely a bonus because we have pets at home too. If you don't like cats, just keep it in mind when booking. Personally, I can't imagine Montenegro without cats anyway.
Everything was perfect, just bring some mosquito repellent with you :) There weren't many but it's to be expected during the season. There are mosquito coils on the terrace, although I'm pretty sure the owners would personally get rid of every single one with their bare hands if they could :)

Perfect location to explore Montenegro. The Villa was exceptional in every way, every little detail had been thought of and it was wonderful and well equipped with everything you could need. The pool area was a great day to relax and enjoy a swim. Lovely quiet location but with good access to everything you need.
And the view is simply breathtaking...
The owner was an excellent host with the right balance of being present if we needed anything and leaving us to get on with enjoying our holiday, cannot recommend highly enough.
