Everything in this lodge is to a high standard.
The beds are comfortable and spacious,

Lovely modern feel with nearly everything you need for your stay
The rooms definitely need blackout curtains. The blinds in the glass weren’t working properly and with their being windows on the side of the rooms as soon as the sun came up in the morning I was awake which isn’t ideal at 5am in the summer when you are on your holidays

The lodge is exactly as decribed "Brand New Eco Lodge" It was modern and spacious and I loved having luxury bright white towels as at home.
I also loved that I could park directly outside the front door which made it easy to unpack and pack the car.

Spacious, outdoor seating and lots of lounge areas. Full working kitchen and solid base for exploring my Cornwall.
The electric charger was not working (received apology mid stay), some of the window blinds were not working very well. There was no aircon or fan and the house was extremely hot. The whole house runs off an iPad but there were no instructions available for how to use anything.
Also simple things like lots of cobwebs around the house, no broom, vacuum or dustpan, no disinfectant cleaner for the kitchen area.
