W apartamencie była cicha i dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Było czysto i był ładny widok na miasto i fragment jeziora.
Apartament zlokalizowany jest przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy, w związku z tym jest straszny hałas i smród spalin. Dodatkowo w apartamencie było bardzo dużo much i zarówno w szafkach, jak i pomieszczeniach czuć było zapach stęchlizny. Wszędzie trzeba dojeżdżać samochodem, tj. do sklepu, restauracji, plaży czy miasta i korzystać z płatnych parkingów. To wszystko sprawia, że cena jest nieadekwatna do jakości. Jeżeli szukasz relaksującego miejsca na wypoczynek, to na pewno nie tutaj.
