Eine wunderbare Wahl für einen Familienurlaub. Es ist absolut alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt: diverses Geschirr, eine Auswahl an Gewürzen zum Kochen, Haushaltsgeräte, saubere Bettwäsche und Badetücher für jeden Bedarf, Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und zwei einwandfrei funktionierende Klimaanlagen. Und sogar ein netter Bonus von den Gastgebern in Form von gekühltem Wasser, Tee und Prosecco sowie einem Obstkorb☺️. Überall ist es sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Das Meer ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt! Venedig ist bequem mit dem Vaporetto zu erreichen, das von früh morgens bis spät abends verkehrt. Und obwohl die Fahrt etwas Zeit in Anspruch nimmt, erhalten Sie dafür eine wunderschöne, ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den Park und die Strände gleich um die Ecke. Und gute Geschäfte mit einem breiten Sortiment in der Nähe! Denn in Venedig selbst sind die Geschäfte klein und teurer als in Cavallino-Treporti.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich bin ihnen sehr dankbar – auf unserer Italienreise war dies die beste Unterkunft, die wir hatten, alles war einfach perfekt!

Beautiful new apartment, fully equipped. Oven, microwave, induction hob with pots and pans, large fridge with freezer, capsule coffee machine with free capsules, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, combined wall safe, air conditioning, electric window shutters. The huge balcony overlooks a park. The apartment is located on the second floor and can be reached by elevator. Next to the entrance to the house is the GARAGE, which is big enough for a Tesla Y, and even the two bicycles and sun loungers can fit next to the car. The bicycles, the two sun loungers and the parasol can also be used by guests, the sun beds and parasol can be attached to a beach cart and pulled down to the nearby beach in 15 minutes (you can also rent sun loungers and parasols there, if someone doesn't want to constantly pull them down to the beach). The hosts are very kind, they informed us about everything important, including nearby shops and restaurants.)

The location was great! Tons of restaurants near as well as the pier to go to Venice.
The hosts were at the property to meet us and were very helpful taking us local sights to visit. There are bikes, beach chairs and other beach amenities there to use.
