The views are absolutely lovely and the balcony is great. There is plenty of room for everyone with comfortable sofas and a good size kitchen with a great fridge.
There were 10 of us staying in the house, 6 adults and 4 children but there weren't enough chairs for us all to sit comfortably around the dining table. We also did not have enough spoons, bowls for everyone. Many of the plates, cups were chipped.
We had 5 bedrooms but only two heaters so the adults did not have any heating, as we stayed in the middle of winter this was an issue. Neither of the heated towel rails in the two bathrooms worked.
One bedroom had no storage at all; another one had a broken handle on the closet so we couldn't use it.
The lock on the ranch slider to the balcony was broken so it was very difficult to lock which was a security issue as the young children were able to get on to the balcony easily. The lock on the back door, by the children's bedrooms, didn't work too well and we found the door open during the first evening. We secured it with a couple of stools during our stay.
