We only stayed for one night but really liked the place. The suite was clean, modern and comfortable, and the terrace was a great bonus. Everything was easy and exactly what we needed for our night in Heraklion.

I was very happy to find Jolly Suites for my final two nights in Crete. After a relaxing stay by the beach, I wanted to spend some time in Heraklion City Centre, and this lovely, spacious apartment was exactly what I needed.
The apartment was comfortable, well equipped and had everything I could ask for, including a kitchen, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Having an AB supermarket nearby was particularly convenient and allowed me to buy some food and enjoy a few meals at home.
The location was excellent for the things I wanted to do, with plenty within easy reach including the bus station, the ferry port and sightseeing hop on and hop off bus. The Wi-Fi worked well, and having Netflix and YouTube available was a lovely bonus when I wanted to relax.
The Jolly Suites booking team were excellent — communication was clear and helpful, and the self-check-in process was simple and hassle-free.
For me, Jolly Suites was the perfect little “re-group” before continuing my Greek adventure. Comfortable, convenient and welcoming in its own way, I’m very pleased I found it and would happily recommend it. ❤️
Aircraft noise at first but was fine when I closed the windows. Green light from emergency lighting ceiling panel outside bedroom was very bright at night but was ok if you closed the bedroom door or had an eye mask handy.

Huge terrace but no use
AC was not located correctly therefore it was not cooling room and took long hours. Bathroom was too small. Room length was also small. Lift was too small. Outside lift area was too less to move luggage.
