The accommodation is in an excellent location. The location is absolutely fantastic!
We stayed in Studio Apartment No. 4, and I believe there are around six apartments in total.
The property is well organized in terms of access. There are two doors, both operated by access codes, so no physical keys are needed.
The price is reasonable, although it could have been a little cheaper, considering that the room was not perfect and, of course, looks better in the photos than it does in reality.
The bed is decent, there is a small kitchenette, and the bathroom is excellent.
However, the biggest issue was the cleanliness. We found several long women's hairs in the bed, and there was also some dust. This is definitely something that needs improvement.
The walls had recently been repainted, but only in certain small sections rather than entirely, as if some minor repairs or maintenance work had been carried out.
For a one-night stay, when you simply need somewhere to sleep before continuing your journey the next day, this accommodation is a very good option. Our case.
However, I would not recommend staying for more than one night in Apartment No. 4, which is the apartment I am specifically reviewing.
Cleanliness and a few technical issues definitely need attention. The bed must be properly cleaned, and the bathroom should be spotless. To be fair, the bathroom itself was clean, but the water heater was extremely noisy. The noise from the water heater could be heard very loudly inside the room, which was quite unpleasant and disturbing.
This issue absolutely needs to be fixed!
Overall, the location is fantastic, the accommodation is practical, and the price is acceptable. However, better cleaning standards and some maintenance improvements would make a significant difference to the overall experience.
