Do NOT trust, DO NOT book
The building and location
The person who rents this property is an awful, untrustworthy person. On the day of check-in, as I was on my way there, I informed them that I was on my way and they never responded. Once I arrived, I messaged and called them, and still nothing. Then after 10 minutes they sent me a message, just saying they can’t host me as there is a problem with the apartment (with NO apology) at 15.30, check-in was at 15.00. Luckily, I found something similar in the same building. Later I asked the security guard, as he mentioned that someone else is in that apartment. So they lied, and are very greedy. I find this extremely cruel and no one deserves to be treated like this. Just imagine it happened at night to someone who is not familiar with Lima etc. I demand that booking.com take them off and I will make a formal complaint against them. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK this apartment as you clearly can’t not trust them.
