The hotel was charming. The room is small but the shower was wonderful. I love korres products so the shampoo was a nice surprise for me. The flatbread pizza on the bar was fabulous.
Valet. Wait over 90 minutes for the valet. The security guard Tim was helpful in getting our car parked. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy.

Clean rooms, friendly staff at check-in.
Rooms were very small. There was no standard furniture. There was a fold down table/desk. You hung your close on hangers which were cleverly hung from the wall. Also cleverly hung from the was was one stool/luggage stand and one stool with a back. You pull these from the wall to allow for seating. But, the rooms were so small there is little space for stools. There are no other chairs.
Also, you get nickel and dimed for everything. Breakfast consists of fruit, microwave sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, etc. These items are packaged and stored in a refrigerator. My mom had the yogurt/fruit/granola parfait. It was 5 days old and did not taste fresh. And, you pay for all of it item by item!
Valet parking is also a charge. $25 per night plus a fee of $1.50 to pay for it via your phone. Suggested tip for retrieving your car is $8.00 plus a fee for charging it via your phone.
If you are lucky enough to get a street side room, you'll be treated to loud motor cycles a and loud music (well, at least the drums and bass lines) until after 1:00 am.
So, no free parking, no free breakfast, small room, and lots of noise.
Cute place, but I wouldn't stay there again.

I liked how close it was to the venue. Very convenient. I liked the valet parking option.
The room was dirty and had an odor. Dirty bedding that wasn't changed between guests. Very gross. Pubic hair and stains on the sheets. I had to ask for new bedding. Crumbs and debris all around the beds and on the floors. Dirty used towels. Tissue box was empty and toilet paper not replenished. The bathroom was gross. Its weird how you need to go to the bar for everything.
