Responsiveness
The penthouse above can be quiet noisy at night if there's a party there where people sing karaoke

It was a very pleasant stay at Sematan Seaview Apartment. I really loved the beautiful view of the beach and sea from the apartment. The room was very cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the basic necessities needed for a short stay.
One small note: it would be good to bring your own cooking oil if you plan to reheat or prepare simple food, like nasi goreng. I also liked the convenience of having a minimart on the ground floor, which made it easy to get anything extra. Overall, a cozy and enjoyable stay.
There was nothing major that I disliked about the stay. Perhaps it would be nice if the TV was a Smart TV, so guests could watch YouTube or Netflix after dinner. However, this is just a small suggestion and not a complaint, as it did not affect my overall stay. It would be a nice-to-have feature, but not an issue if unavailable.

High floor & cleanliness 🥰
It’s says have wifi but until we check out there’s no wifi. Also with the price to stay pernight maybe u can use some kind of hotel bedsheet, thick comforter & extra pillow since there’s lot of us then it’ll be much comfort & value the money. U also can provide detergent since there is washing machine.
