The location was excellent and within easy walking distance to many lovely restaurants and shops, and transport links to other areas of Paris. The apartment was small but cosy overlooking the courtyard with good security to enter both the courtyard and apartment block. It was nice to have access to a washing machine, cooking facilities and coffee maker. We stayed in apartment 3 but the lift wasn't working so I would not recommend it to people with mobility issues.
I cannot fault the apartment at all, but our host (Gregory) soured our stay. When we arrived, he did not mention there had been problems with the (one-person) lift and my teenage son became trapped between floors 2 and 3. While Gregory called a maintenance person for help, there was no urgency and he left to meet another guest. I had to follow up with him a few times for updates and my son was in the cramped lift for almost an hour which was very distressing. Gregory did not follow up at all afterwards to see if he was ok. Also, after we had checked out, I received terse messages from him suggesting we had either taken or disposed of the drain cover for the shower (!!). After firmly stating we had definitely not moved, taken, or tampered with the cover, it was found under the hot water service (?). Gregory's service was disappointing and unprofessional.
