Bien placé mais on ne peut pas louer sans un minimum d'égards

Nous avons aimé la situation et le calme, la proximité de la ville et la végétation

Dès le jardin, c'est sale : feuilles sèches, herbes hautes de 20 cms surgissant entre les dalles de la terrasse. En rentrant, odeur de renfermé et c'est sale. Le bac de douche est plein de traces noirâtres au niveau de l'évacuation et de la porte. La partie congélateur est sale. Les rails de porte vitrée donnant sur la terrasse étaient très sales : traces et même vers desséchés qui datent d'un certain temps. Contactée, la propriétaire explique que, pourtant, elle a nettoyé lors de sa dernière venue en avril ce qui veut dire que rien n'a été nettoyé avant notre arrivée en juin. Nous avons une grosse expérience de location vacances en tant qu'hôtes ou propriétaires et jamais, nous ne nous serions montrés aussi désinvoltes et négligents. Nous avons donc commencé notre séjour par un nettoyage intérieur et extérieur. La plancha était également grasse et sous les plaques, on a trouvé des coquilles d'escargot. Evier extérieur très sale. Comme présenté sur le site il y a une chambre sous les combles (hauteur très faible) et son accès est dangereux en raison d'un escalier totalement vertical, bricolé maison. Je déconseille son utilisation. Les parties repeintes (fenêtres, murs) l'ont été mais c'est mal fait coulures sur les vitres ou les plinthes. Climatisation : l 'appareil est relié par une prise, branchée sur une multiprise, elle même branchée sur une autre multiprise elle même branchée sur une prise. Chaque multiprise alimente des appareils électroménagers. Dans la salle de bains le réseau électrique est installé sous baguettes et cela court en haut des murs et passe dans la cabine de douche !!! Les housses de protection literie ne semblaient pas avoir été changées et nous avons eu le désagrément d'une fuite des eaux usées dans la cuisine. J'ai du resserrer les colliers de jonction des différents éléments du siphon. A préciser aussi : temps d'accès à la plage sous évalué.
