This property has potential if a bit more care was taken.

Spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms and a lounge with dining & kitchen. Scored a free parking spot right outside. Nearby grocery store & pizza were convenient.

Both shower fixtures were broken, toilet seat not properly attached, no plug for kitchen sink, neighbours fighting loudly. We contacted the host who after some delay agreed to arrange a maintenance person to attend and said they would accompany them as we were out for the day and did not want to wait around. One shower was fixed but the other was not nor was the toilet seat. No hooks for towels in bathrooms, stained linen. This property has potential if a bit more care was taken.

They did have A/C. And 2 showers

The A/C didint work had to fix it, The stove didint work had to fix it. Turn off electricity then one side worked. The staff helped but had to manage on our selfs because of the plans.

Massive disappointment 😢

Location

It was a massive disappointment from the moment we arrived. When we came the floor in the apartment was very dirty -I had to wipe the whole apartment. Considering I had a 5-year old who is on the floor all the time -it was a disaster. We messaged the owner and someone came with a very negative attitude -with the face kinda “what’s wrong with you . The floor is clean”. That was the beginning. Then i messaged them that the sink in the main bathroom was clogged. There was not hot water in the kitchen. They sent a plumber-we had to wait for him to fix it instead of going and exploring Verona. In the end -there was still no hot water in the kitchen. Stove top was not working it was showing the error. There were cockroaches all over the kitchen -which wss disgusting. Mould and spider web in the corners. Extremely dirty sofa bed. Curtains in the kitchen that are falling off. The apartment is for 6 people and there were only 2 forks 🤷‍♂️and 2 spoons. No proper kitchenware to cook. No hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels. Looks like the owners literally do not care about the place and customer service. Very very disappointing. We have been traveling around Italy for years and one of the worst experiences. Though the price for the apartment is not low.
