Good communication with host. Ease of entry. Perfect cleanliness. Welcome pack. Hot water. Comfy beds!
Just some suggestions: Shower a bit slippy when wet - perhaps a grab rail needed? Perhaps a couple of side tables in sitting room for drinks? Beer glasses perhaps?! Working bedside light in small room definately needed!

This is a well-positioned property in the heart of Orford.
Sadly, it is (unbeknown to bookers) located immediately next to a building site - the owners’s agents (Sykes Cottages) ignored our requests for assistance throughout and after our stay.
