Nice decor. Modern hotel. Helpful staff. Didn't expect a car valet which was a nice touch.
Mattress and pillows need replacing. It was slanted on one side and the pillows are just uncomfortable.

Great location, beautiful design for the rooms and very clean feel to them.
We had a call at 4:30am and we had 2 other groups staying with us and they had the same thing happen in there rooms. Being woken up at 4:30am by a random call is not fun with a 4month old. Also we had ants in our room which I know is common this time of year but only solution was to put sand there but can have with a baby. Also the food is amazing at the restaurant but the staff are very grumpy and not very approachable. Their attitudes turned us away from eating again at their restaurant.

The reason we booked this place was so that we could relax on the beach out front after check out. We were forced to leave at noon - apparently this is a rule at the hotel. I have traveled all over the world and have never been kicked out of a beach chair after check out - they have always let me stay for as long as wanted. If I would have known before booking, I would have booked something cheaper. Plenty of nice, cheaper options nearby.

The hotel is very new, clean, and pleasant, and the owner is exceptionally attentive and welcoming.
The hotel is located in a rather remote and isolated area. Reaching it requires driving on roads that are in quite poor condition, with numerous potholes. In addition, if you travel during the low season, the overall experience can be quite limited: the hotel restaurant offers only a very small selection of dishes, and since many places in the surrounding area are closed, there is little to see, visit, or do nearby, making the area feel somewhat deserted.
