The accommodation is managed by a local family. The family is really friendly and hospitable. The lady offered welcome drinks upon our arrival and was always ready to help with anything we might need.
On the first night, we arrived late. She offered to prepare a meal for us, but we preferred to order pizza instead. She called her daughter, who placed the order for us. She even proposed to drive us free of charge to town to any restaurant.
They served an English breakfast and asked every time if we needed anything else.
The house is surrounded by trees, so you feel like you are in a jungle. In the morning, you can hear the sounds of birds and squirrels.
The rooms are clean and seem to be newly refurbished.
The accommodation is listed as a hotel, which was our expectation. However, upon arrival, we found that it is actually a house with multiple rooms rented out as hotel rooms.
The rooms were well cleaned; however, the house is located almost within jungle-like surroundings, so the presence of insects or lizards should be expected.
The lady managing the property does not speak English, which may be a constraint for some guests. However, she always calls her daughter to help with communication.
As the staff are not professional hotel staff, the service standards are not what one would typically expect from a hotel. Some guests may find this a bit strange or uncomfortable. For example, some breakfast items are served in their original packages rather than in breakfast dishes.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Property is well maintained. Good, clean bathrooms. Very frindly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Great value for money.
