I booked this a week prior to arrival. On the day I booked it, I sent a message through the Expedia app asking to reserve their 'airport shuttle' (as listed in their listing). The day before our arrival, I called the +44 number and left a voice mail. No reply.
On the evening of our arrival, I just got a taxi from the airport. However, the map location of this property on the Expedia app sent us directly into a military complex that is in construction. It was not Maat Luxury Homes. I looked up Maat Luxury Homes on google maps, which was another 20 minutes from the military complex that Expedia had as Maat's location. I was irritated because I chose this property due to the close proximity to the airport. But the real location was not close to the airport, and now it cost me more in taxi fares.
We arrived, and the caretaker of the property didn't know that we were coming, even though I booked it a week prior to arrival. He did schedule a "shuttle" for our morning departure to the airport (using the Bolt service - a competitor to Uber).
It's a nice place, but lack of communication and inaccurate location map pin on Expedia were frustrating.

It was very clean, tastefully decorated, rooms were very spacious with en suite and very helpful staff.

The staff were nice.
Directions to the place are misleading and we got lost trying to find it. It is not 11 mins from the airport. Try 30 mins. The road in and out is very rough. It has a washer that doesn’t work (At least not in our unit). They do not have food at the facility. Needs more pot and pans for baking and cooking. Need pot holders. Our second bathroom’s water never heated up (if it was something we didn’t do, they should take the time to educate their guests). Curtain rod in second bedroom was broken so the curtain was hanging off. Needs shower curtains. TV nor WiFi worked inside the apartment. We were told to go to the rooftop balcony to receive a signal. We couldn’t lock the door when we left because there wasn’t a key.
