At €200 per night, we expected a much better standard of comfort and service.

Breakfast was not included. The accommodation is conveniently located near the metro station, in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. The room is very small, but it was clean upon arrival.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The registration instructions were sent only on the morning of arrival, causing unnecessary confusion while we were traveling. Sending them the evening before would have made the process much smoother. The room had a very strong, unpleasant mildew smell and opening the window was not practical option due to the street level position and the sidewalk directly outside. During the three-night stay, the garbage was never collected and the towels and bath mat were not replaced.

Flooding shower otherwise ok

Fair location and clean

Room was for disabled people, which is fine unfortunately shower design was clearly flawed as large part of shower water would not be collected by drainage. After a regular shower, full bathroom and part of the room where flooded with water, some of my belongings including my laptop that was charging on the floor Spent a lot of time brushing back the water into the bathroom with the help of a brush that was left there surely for that purpose. Available, and poor attention to guests. My son couldn’t shower as want prepared to deal with mess

Great value for money.

The cleanliness and the ratio of good value for money.

Location was a bit far from the city centre, but I can't even complain about that, I really liked that it wasn't noisy at night.

Muy cómodo y confortable.

La ducha

8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
