Very new and cosy apartment with decent amenities, fully stocked with plates, cutlery and a decent coffee machine.
Nice location and pretty quiet area too.
Very friendly host, who helped us and answered all questions.
The iron and the iron board were damaged and had black spots so couldn’t use them.
The air conditioner was too weak for the apartment (thankfully we didn’t needed it much)
And no cooling options for the bedroom.

Yatak odasındaki TV çalışmıyordu, Bulaşık makinası deterjanı yoktu, klima vardı ama yatak odasına yetmiyordu.

The flat has a great view. It is close everywhere, you can walk to the city center in 10 min. It is also close to the supermarket (Lidl) and the University of Ruse. There is a big parking lot just across the street, at the corner. We found the flat very clean and with all we needed during our stay. Even they treated us with a bottle of wine, water and the delicious Bulgarian waffles :) highly recommended!
It was on a busy street with traffic. So there was some noise at the night. But it was not a big problem for us since the beds are so comfortable and we slept so well :)

Прекрасе, уютен и чист апартамент, съвсем близо до центъра на града. Имаше всичко необходимо, дори и комплименти за гостите. Комуникацията с доманина беше отлична.
