This apartment and its management were very impressive. The apartment is small and simple, but so perfectly designed, laid out, and furnished that it seemed almost spacious. Everything was also in great working order and so, so clean. And very attractive, too! Lots of attention to detail - beyond what I have seen in any other vacation apartment. For example, instead of a motley assortment of whatever leftover food that other tenants had left behind who knows when, they left us packaged tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, and cookies - AND a nice bottle of wine, which in itself seemed so very warmly welcoming. We were also so glad that they offered an option for early check-in. When we reached Church, we had been traveling for 28 hours with very little sleep. We were jet lagged and exhausted. Most places would have us wait another three or four hours to check in, but these people had offered the option to check in at noon for only 25 CHF, and we were soooo glad. Although we hadn’t received the key code yet when we arrived, when I called, the person I spoke to got it for us right away and walked us through the process of getting into the building and the apartment. Oh, and the location is great, too - right in the heart of the Altstadt.

We liked everything. While we were there, we commented often on one or another thing that was done just right.

Great location close to train station and shops. Easy to follow instructions for check in/check out. Room has fridge, coffee machine, plates etc and nice touch with wine bottle.

Room feels crammed for two people especially if you’re traveling with a lot of things. Not many places to place your luggage/bags etc. The shared bathrooms could use a little work especially the showers. The bathroom had no way of locking so when showering it was worrying someone might open the door on you.
