Not sure why this person is even a host on booking.

Absolutely won't recommend. The host was hostile, and the environment was scratchy. I said there is a spa, fitness, and other facilities - this is a building in the middle of a bad neighborhood. We didn't even get to see the apartment.

The host was hostile from the first text message she sent me via the booking app. She took hours replaying, leaving us with no reply about the late check-in. Even after 12 hours with no reply, saying she might come see us, but it was not convenient for her, we asked to cancel. She then said she would come meet us. When she arrived, after changing plans to meet her at a proper time, she didn't speak English and made no effort to communicate with us via the translation app. When I asked about parking, she mentioned a street name, and I couldn't understand where it was - she got mad. than when I asked about the facilities mentioned - she yelled This is not a hotel (or something like that - it was in Bulgaria). We left without even seeing the apartment. It was so rude that we didn't want to stay there. My father is 70 years old, this was just plain disrespect.
