The location is very good. Very clean and with some nice decorative details. Not much more to add.
The room I booked was not ready, so the owner supposedly offered me a better place for the same price. However, the place I finally stayed in was not better than the one I had seen in the listing. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t prettier or better than the one I had chosen. The apartment is nice but too cold for this time of year. The kitchen utensils are scarce—less than the minimum and essential. It’s only possible to cook the basics. The kitchen has no light. It’s shut off. The building entrance is completely dark, and the elevator was out of service, so climbing two floors by stairs with luggage was difficult. The person I contacted to receive the check-in instructions seemed rude and very unhelpful. I only needed to ask about the bus schedules, and he/she responded 3 hours later saying just "I don't know". He/She didn’t even try to help me find out, knowing that communication sometimes can be difficult. I paid in cash. They asked me to send a photo of the money when I left the room. They didn’t even thank me or reply to my message. I’m also a host, and I would never treat my guests this way.
