Bit of walk to the beach/town.
Up / down lanes.
Good for keeping fit.
Not good if you have problems with walking.

It was clean with some high end furniture
The steps up to the apartment were tiled and very steep, not safe or practical for my elderly parents.
It was very cramped in the lounge area for 6 people , more suitable for 4 ,we were sat on top of one another with the tv in such a position that when all sat on the sofa some couldn’t see , so we had to move the tv unit!
Very limited clothes storage , space and sockets in the 2 first floor bedrooms. Could do with clothes hooks , shelving
The top velux window in the double room would not stay open.
The bedroom with twin beds had no sockets at all on the wall where the dressing table and mirror was to dry your hair! Very odd ? And no bedside drawers just bedside stands which were of no use really .
no shelf or sink space in the bathroom for 4 people to put toiletries, could do with a mirror cupboard unit and shelving to accommodate.
Could do with a fan for hot weather

Located on the Tregenna Castle site-with a woodland walk to get into st Ives town less than a mile away. Beautifully furnished with quality linen snd towels.
Generous welcome pack full of local Cornish products
The fan in the downstairs bathroom is very noisy and requires attention.
The stairs and exterior access to the property required a good sweep up and clean!
The light shades in the sitting area and upstairs bathroom require a good clean to remove lots of dead insects

Modern, clean, good amenities & decor, welcome pack etc.
Not easy to find - poor sign posting at site - top of stairs not easy for elderly to reach & further away from St Ives town centre than indicated to walk
