lovely experience,

nice location, secure with security guards 24/7. with the pool and kitchen attached, it was perfect for us. the view from the bedroom to the pool was beautiful. will come back

Good Base for Exploring Area

Property consists of two apartments, a swimming pool and a separate kitchen/dining area. Our apartment (No8) had a large bedroom and large modern bathroom (no bath). We particularly liked that the TV had access to Netflix/Prime and that the internet signal was very good. The kitchen has enough basic items for meals like pasta, but no oven. RBE is located a short walk to Trou aux Biches Beach ,but there are far better beaches to visit e.g., Mon Choisy Public Beach and Balaclava Public Beach. Trou aux Biches is quite good as a base with a currency exchange and large supermarket (Chez Popo) - top tip, if you buy beer/wine, you'll be charged a refundable deposit. Keep your receipt. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, but we only tried one, La Marmite Mauricienne, for some 'local' food. The curry we had was nice, but service can be a bit hit and miss.

The apartments would benefit from a couple of sun loungers.

Good choice for a couple to spend several nights on the northen beaches

Great location with walking distance to the beach, super markets, cafes and restaurants Big spacious room, clean and tidy Rather well equipped kitchen

There are 3 villas in the residense, each of them is shared apartment for two neigbourings (only one kitchen as well). Actually it is not very convenient as you have to keep an eye on the availability of the pool area, kitchen area, dining area etc There are only 2 sun chairs near the pool, only 3 chairs in front of the rooms (rooms are for 4 people) There was only one bathrobe for 2 persons, no beach towels The property doesn't include cleaning "by default" and you have to pay extra if you need it, even if you need just to clean the trash bin in the kitchen or bathroom. It is, to my mind, really - strange a bit :-)

La difficulté pour obtenir les clefs après avoir modifié l'horaire d'arrivée (c'était un samedi).
