location was good, with a very good pub literally 50yds away
some aspects of the property need upgrading- mattress upstairs, waste pipe from downstairs waste is not connected, could do with a few more utensils in kitchen, batteries in tv remote need changing

Ideal location close to the town centre , few minutes walk to wicksteed park , attention to detail , ie cleaning products , cloths , iron , hairdryer and entertainment ( fire sticks ) all provided
Living area on the small side , for a 4 bed property , if it was at max occupancy ie 7 people , but I assume that is common for terrace housing and the local area .

Cleanliness 2 ๐ dirty towels, bin dirty NO BIN BAG. Old food in the fridge and dirty fridge not really what you want to do when traveling 5 hours to have to clean out the fridge yourself before being able to put our food ln. Old dirty socks in bedside cabinet box of rubbish in the garden, coffee machine old coffee in and mold. Empty boxes and food in cupboards dirty cupboards. See pictures below

Parking was difficult - one private parking space but street parking for any other vehicle.
