The apartment is located in a very good district where everything is nearby. There are some repair and construction works but I think in some time they will be over.
The apartment is big and cosy. I love really everything about it. It would be lovely to have such a place in every location where I'd go.
There is everything necessary inside: washing machine, iron, good kitchen.
As there is the security service, there is no any unallowed people there. The security guy was also very helpful.
There were some nuances that we've already discussed with my host. Everything was very quickly solved.

The apartment is in a very good location and is easy to access. There is also 24/7 security, which made the stay feel safe and comfortable. And secured underground car park. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host communicated well through Booking.com and was helpful in arranging things whenever requested.
These were minor points and did not affect our stay. We had a pleasant experience overall
It would be nice if some basic items were provided, such as shower gel, cleaning products, coffee, and tea. The kitchen could also be improved with more cooking vessels for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals.
