Bel appartement, situé à 5 minutes à pied de la gare. Le plus, la CLIM !!!!!
Pas de place de parking attribué au logement, ce qui peut revenir chère quand on connaît le prix du parcmètre. ( 1€ l’heure, payant de 8h à 20h ) Tous les place dans la ville La Spézia sont payantes.

Great little flat overlooking La Spezia, kitchen well equipped, washing machine, shop nearby and train station a quick walk away. Bit further to walk into town (20minutes), but it is an easy stroll straight down the road to the port and restaurants.

Location
Very slow responsiveness from the property. There is an issue of electric cut . I try to connect with the property but never response so I have to called booking .com customer service to help
