Location is awesome!
Apartment was the perfect size and had all the necessities for our stay.
Very clean and modern.
All was good! 😊
If I could make a few suggestions;
- While the bed linens were fresh, there was no linen cover for the bed duvet when we pulled it out of the closet to add to the bedding.
- A couple of extra towels for our 3 night stay would have been appreciated to replace the 1 hand towel. Between the 2 of us we had 2 shower towels and 2 hand/hair towels only (1 use one for my hair)
- Since the property is located in a ZTL area, some guidance in how to proceed would have been appreciated. Since we drove into the ZTL area by mistake in order to find the apartment and parking, we had to quickly register our licence plate at a Tabaccheria to avoid the fine. It was the guy at the parking garage that advised us what to do as opposed to the property who could not help.

Todo estuvo muy bien. Excelente predisposición y acompañamiento por parte del anfitrión. Me atendió personalmente Zyad, solucionando mis inconvenientes con el check in. El apartamento muy cómodo, todo nuevo, las instalaciones excelentes. Inmediata recepción y atención a mis consultas.

accommodation was excellent, we had everything we needed and in a very central location. Easy to get to from the airport by train.
We would have appreciated a second pillow and spare bed linen. Pillow was a bit hard. The key pad entry didnt always work!

La ubicación es muy buena, a 10 minutos andando del Duomo y 5 del Castelo, es una zona segura
En las toallas limpias encontré pelos negros, las luces van como quieren no se encienden ni apagan del mismo sitios, la llave electrónica para entrar no para de pitar cada 30 segundos, te dejan una bolsa con algo de fregaplatos, lavavajillas, estropajo y una balleta pequeña, pero no te da para 4 días. Dejan 3 pastillas de jabón y 3 botes de 20 ml de champú que te valen para 2 veces. La tostadora de pan tenía polvo por todos lados. En la cama te hundes al ser de espuma y las almohadas son casi inexistentes. Tenía grandes expectativas pero por detalles la experiencia no ha sido buena, lo mejor es la ubicación y el transporte.
