We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely view overlooking King Erekle II's Palace. The veranda was a perfect place to relax. The location right in the heart of the historic area. Staying in this authentic historic house made the experience even more special.

Kings Neighbours is in an amazing location, with a view (over a few trees) of the Telavi Castle, and most of Telavi's attractions a short walk away. The room is a small attic, but big enough to be super comfortable for two, and it is within a beautiful, characteristic old house.
The hosts couldn't have been kinder! We didn't see them as we only stayed one night, but when our taxi driver had difficulties understanding the address, they called him to explain, and ensured we arrived safely.

Ik had een fijne ervaring om bij King's Neighbors te verblijven. Ik was in de buurt en had onmiddellijk contact met de verhuurder. Zo kwam ik heel snel op de kamer. De locatie was geweldig. Ik heb met het raam open geslapen, zo rustig. De buurt is erg aangenaam met een prachtig uitzicht op de Kaukasus. Top!

Good location and prompt host communication. Free parking on the street.
The whole house needs a lot of maintenance, especially the access to the apartment. We had to walk through tall grass and a messy veranda. The communication with the host is good but we didn’t get to meet them, so the whole stay felt a bit impersonal. Also, the apartment needs better cleaning - the shower was barely draining and the duvet smelled of sweat.
