Good location. Clean room.
Pillows could be more comfortable. AC needs clean, I had bad allergies at night. No physical check in is a little bit scary.

The property was centrally located and convinent. The owner was responsive.
The AC didn’t work. We couldn’t sleep and had to move our luggage 3 times in 24 hours. It was so hot that because of this we couldn’t sleep and it was particularly inconvenient for our 11 month baby. Our stay in Sorrento because of this reason was stressful and the we lost lot of money because we couldn’t do our day tours that were booked to capri and second one to Amalfi. We changed 4 rooms in 2 days and the lift was useless.
I wouldn’t recommend this property for family with infants who rely on strollers and require lift because not only lift was small but also very dry slow. I ended up carrying the stroller 3 flights of stairs every day.

The apartment is very clean and nicely furnished. The private rooms are as you see them in the listing. Ms Lilia who let us in was very nice and communicative. She made us feel very welcome. The common kitchen is well stocked with appliances.

The BnB was very clean and cute. Loved the view from the porch patio, and was very central.
Had the AC go out on our 3rd day of our stay, and all other rooms were booked on the property. The host was accommodating, but her hands were tied. She did provide us with a refund for that one day.
