With delivery and set-up, we will have everything ready to go for you--all beds made, additional bedding provided and the inside set up. All you need to do is arrive at your campsite and enjoy this residentially set up "gem" of an RV! Amenities include: cotton bedding, towels, blankets, basic toiletries (& hairdryer, ladies!), fully stocked kitchen and PLENTY of space for your family to spread out! Most trailers have you crammed in like sardines, but this model allows everyone to have some breathing room—separate main bedroom with plush queen bed, spacious bunkhouse for the kids with 2 twin bunks and a twin memory foam fold-out couch (a custom upgrade), plus the dinette allowing you to comfortably sleep 6 adult guests—even more with young children. You will also enjoy the large bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The main living space has a slide on each side creating a large common area for cooking, eating and relaxing in the recliners while watching your favorite movie on the 50” TV. The spacious indoor kitchen boasts a walk-in pantry and large fridge. Summer days may get hot but this RV is well insulated and boasts 2 AC’s. Have a dance party inside or around the fire pit—the indoor/outdoor speakers will have you jammin’ while utilizing the outdoor kitchen, grilling, roasting marshmallows, and relaxing under the stars! PET POLICY: 2 dogs max (no other animals) & $50 fee per pet. NO pets on the furniture or beds. No wet pets in the RV. AT NO TIME can your dogs be left unattended in the RV. Any pet stains, pet potty smells, or ripped furniture will forfeit ALL of your security deposit. If there is excessive dog hair in the RV or on ANY bedding for furniture, you will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee. If you do not disclose that you bring your pets, you will be charged $500. Additional Info: "Big Gem" is BEST suited for a campground with 50 amp electric hook-ups. Full hook-ups with shower and bathrooms would be even better! With a large family, the black tank could fill up quickly if the RV bathroom is your only option. We STRONGLY PREFER to offer our guests Delivery and set-up at a campsite you book. If you have a 3/4 ton truck or larger and have EXPERIENCE towing, contact us and we may consider allowing you to tow this Haus of an RV! We can offer delivery outside of the 70 mile stated delivery radius on a case by case basis for an additional fee. Delivery is $5.50/mile up to 70 miles and $7.50/mile beyond that. We are happy to provide WINTER camping— please note that water lines may be winterized—check if the campground you book has showers and bathrooms! You will stay warm with the electric fireplace, propane heater, and space heater.
