Clean & modern all the facilities you would require
Due to the extremely hot weather & proximity to the watercourse there were a lot of mosquitoes

Fern Lodge is lovely, beautifully furnished with everything you would need for your stay. It was clean and well maintained, everything seemed new and modern. A wonderful location tucked away under the trees. Jo had left milk in the fridge, and lovely homemade scones for our arrival! The instructions to find the property were perfect.
The road down to the cottage is very narrow, with a few potholes and grass growing. The turning area for the drive is quite small. Not great for a big low car. Suggestion for the future - a hot tub on the terrace would be dreamy under the stars!
