Property was spacious. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Good out door space and furniture. Quiet location. Tastfully decorated. Provision of dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Good size cooker. Plenty of dining room space.
No hot water on Sunday. Kitchen utensils were not all clean. Microwave was dirty with spilt food stuck in it. No instructions for bin recycling or which bin was which. No welcome pack. The road to the property is very poor with pot holes.
The only time we wanted to watch TV and we couldn't get chanel 4 on the TV. The network signal was not strong enough.

Seating for 6 in lounge (2 of us sat on the floor)

Extremely rude female neighbour (to the right as you look at front of house) who swore about us, using the F word in front of grandchildren.

Great open space outside for family and bbq
Spacious ....location handy for all parts of norfolk and beaches.
You do need a car though in the evenings if going out
Needs a bit of tlc
Tv reception not good outside of main room.

The property works well with 4 decent bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen/diner is also a great space. The location is in a quiet area but within walking distance to where we wanted to be.
It wasn’t well looked after. The basics had been done, bathrooms, bedding etc however the amount of dust and cobwebs in every room is not what I’d expect especially when I have a child terrified of spiders. The hoover was of no use with the lead being so short. The bedroom carpets were heavily stained too. The garden is not very well kept. The main sofa in the living room in uncomfortable and the pillows in both double rooms are very flat.
Will a good clean and a little attention to detail this property could be great!
